The office is situated in Charlestown, the capital of the unspoiled Caribbean island of Nevis. The premises are modern and air conditioned with up to date equipment.

The practice is a busy dispensing office using designer frames and sophisticated lenses. There is also a high demand for contact lenses. The office is open 40 hours a week with clinics booked by appointment.

There is a zero rate of income tax and many people are covered by private insurance. There are no NHS or SS forms to fill out!
